Registration preparation
1. Trademark inquiry. Trademark inquiry means the trademark registration applicant or his agent, before the application for registration of its trademark, inquiries whether there is a existing same or similar applied trademark on the principle of voluntary inquiry.

Information submissions
1. To applicants in the name of enterprises, institutions and individual businesses, “business license” copies with official seals shall be submitted while copies of ID cards and individual business licenses shall be submitted as for natural persons.
2. The Power of Attorney shall be submitted in case of agency handling.
3. Completed trademark registration application shall be filled out.
4. Five copies of black and white reproductions of the proposed trademark shall be submitted, with not more than 10 cm, not less than 5 cm in its trademark pattern length and width. For those specified colors, five color patterns and one black and white pattern shall be provided.
